Do parents push children to pass?

Is the pressure pushing children away from grammar school?
This year's 11 plus exam results were released on Monday, but do parents but too much pressure on their children to pass the test?

Kent is one of the only regions in the UK to still use the 11 plus system, but is it time the garden of England done away with the exam for the sake of our children.

Many parents are blamed for imposing the test on their kids, saying the amount of pressure put on a 10 year old is far too high.

Leanne Green is a Year 6 teacher at Barnsole Junior school. Here are her views on the 11 plus.
